Reserve Your Event Date

Holds your date while we finalize your quote.

Live embroidery events start at $400 per event hour with a three-hour minimum. This $200 deposit is not the price of the event — it takes your date off our calendar while we scope the hours and put a real number in front of you.

What it does

• Holds your date. Once it's paid, that date is yours and we stop offering it.
• Comes off your invoice. The full $200 is credited against your event total. It's a payment, not a fee.
• Buys you time. Headcount, items, and thread colors can all still change while we build the quote.

Refunds

Cancel more than 14 days before your event and the deposit comes back in full. Inside 14 days it stays with us — the date was held and other requests were turned away. If you need to move the date instead, the deposit moves with it whenever the new date is open.

Before you pay

Send the form on the live events page first, so we can confirm your date is open. We reply within 24 hours from johnoliverdesigns@gmail.com. If we can't cover your date, you owe nothing.
